David is an industry thought leader, entrepreneur and visionary. Over the past 18 years, David had founded, funded, developed and sold 10+ companies in numerous markets in different industries. David's core expertise lies in working with companies to develop new revenue streams, enhance existing business models and create a clear path to merger, acquisition or future sale. At mCards, David leads the team in delivering a clear vision, strategy and path to transforming the payments industry and the way we use, make and spend money. David is an accomplished, results driven, business development focused professional with 25+ years of business development, sales, and entrepreneurial experience.
David Strebinger is a technology entrepreneur and payments expert. Co-Founder and CEO of mCards. There he leads the team, delivering a clear vision for how we can transform the payments industry and the way we access and spend money. David has spent the past decade researching and deploying capital to solve some of the most complex problems in payments. Changing consumer behavior at bricks and mortar locations through a better experience and better communications lives at the heart of what we do at mCards. David's core expertise lies in working with companies to develop new revenue streams, enhance existing business models and modernizing payments experiences. Over the past 18 years, David had founded, funded, developed and sold more than 10 companies in a variety of markets and industries.
Jared Clayton
Vice President & General Council
Jared K. Clayton is an accomplished Vice President and General Council at mCards Inc. Formerly, Jared held the Executive Vice President and lead council at AmCap Mortgage, Ltd., with over eight years of experience in the mortgage industry. He holds a Juris Doctor degree from St. Mary's University and a Bachelor's degree in International Business and Economics from the University of Arkansas. Jared has also served as Compliance Counsel at AmCap Mortgage, Of Counsel at Clayton & Ramirez Attorneys and Counselors at Law PLLC, and Associate Broker at Home Team of America. His expertise spans criminal law and mortgage banking. Jared is based in Houston, Texas.

Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Renowned for his strategic insights and ability to solve complex global challenges, Andrew integrates technology to optimize operations and reduce costs. Nathan Grinnell

With over 15 years of enterprise sales experience, Nate stands out as a trusted advisor and growth strategist for clients across diverse industries and markets. He specializes in driving digital transformation and is a prominent evangelist in the financial technology sector.
Nate excels in large account sales, contract development, deal structuring, and C-level B2B sales. As an industry thought leader and public speaker, he focuses on cybersecurity, SD-WAN, SASE, and AI-driven digital transformation. His mission is to empower clients to achieve their business goals and realize their full potential through cutting-edge technology solutions.

Hayat Amin
CFO
Hayat Amin is a seasoned financial strategist and part-time CFO with over 15 years of experience in scaling innovative companies across the UK, US, and Sub-Saharan Africa. He has led financial operations for some of the fastest-growing tech companies, achieving two successful exits and earning recognition among Europe's Top 100 executives twice. Backed by prominent investors such as a16z and Bill Gates, Hayat has held leadership roles including CEO of Chain AI and Navi Business Group, and CFO positions at Beyond Elevation and PayWith Worldwide. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Anglia Ruskin University and is a certified Xero accountant.
Jim Cheshire
CTO
Jim Cheshire is a distinguished technology executive with a rich background in architecting platforms for FinTech innovators. Currently the Chief Technology Officer at mCards Inc., Jim has extensive experience leading technical teams and driving innovation. He has previously held key roles at Cascade Financial Technology Corp and AVAI Mobile Solutions, where he served as CTO and Director, pioneering mobile and embedded system solutions. Jim holds an MSEE in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the University of Cincinnati's Carl H. Lindner College of Business. Based in Cincinnati, Ohio, he is committed to advancing the FinTech industry through innovative technological solutions.
